School policies
- Missed a class? Make it up free in another section of the same level during the term.
- Vaccines: Bring records to your first class. Puppies need their first round, adult dogs need rabies, DHPP and Bordetella.
- Refunds: Full refund up to 7 days before the term starts. After that, transfer to a future term at no charge.
- Not a fit? If your dog needs a different level after week one, we’ll move you at no cost.
