The 90-minute behavior assessment is the foundation of everything we do. We learn your dog's history, watch how they move through the world, and leave you with real next steps.
The process
Five steps to a plan.
Behavior Assessment: $225, credited toward any program booked within 30 days.
Intake questionnaire
About 20 minutes online: history, triggers, health, routine and goals. Short phone videos of the behavior are a huge help.
Vet check
We'll ask you to rule out pain or medical causes with your veterinarian. We're happy to send them a summary of our concerns.
90-minute assessment
In your home or neighborhood, or virtually. We observe your dog, review the history with you, and introduce first management steps and skills that same day.
Your written behavior plan
Within three business days: goals, the methods we'll use, any tools we recommend (and why), a realistic timeline and what to do in the meantime.
Choose a program and begin
Pick the package that fits. You'll get progress notes after every session and text support between visits.
In-home assessment
We come to you anywhere in Hennepin and Ramsey counties, plus nearby suburbs. Seeing your dog in their real environment, on their real walking route, gives us the most complete picture.
Virtual assessment
Ideal for dogs who are very stressed by visitors, or for families outside the metro. We guide you through short exercises on video and review your clips together.
