Using this site
By using this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. The site is run by Absoloot Australian Shepherds, a small family kennel with homes in Kentucky and Connecticut.
Puppy inquiries don't reserve a puppy
Sending the puppy questionnaire, the contact form or an email doesn't reserve a puppy or promise you one. A puppy is reserved only when we both sign our written puppy contract. That contract, including its health guarantee, is what governs the sale, and it takes priority over anything on this website.
Litters can change
Planned breedings, expected dates, colors and the number of puppies are our best guess at the time we post them. Nature doesn't always follow the plan, so any of these can change or be cancelled.
Stud services
Stud services are offered only to approved bitches and only under a separate written stud agreement. Nothing on this site is an offer of stud service on its own.
Information about our dogs
We take care to get titles, health results, pedigrees and show records right, gathering them from registries, health databases and show results. Mistakes can still happen, so please check anything important with ASCA, AKC or OFA directly, and tell us if you spot an error.
Not veterinary advice
Our health and puppy care pages share what has worked for us. They're general information, not veterinary advice. Always talk with your own veterinarian about your dog's health.
Photos and content
The photos, text and design on this site belong to Absoloot Australian Shepherds or to the photographers who took them. Please don't copy, download for reuse or republish them without our permission. If you'd like to share a photo, just ask. We're usually happy to say yes, with credit.
Links to other sites
We link to clubs, registries and other websites we find helpful. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say or do.
No guarantees about the site
We do our best to keep this site accurate and working, but it's provided as it is, without any promise that it will always be complete, current or available. As far as the law allows, we aren't responsible for any loss that comes from using it.
